How to use this panel

Read top status cards first. If the bot is stopped, use Start bot. If risk controls paused it, use Resume bot only after checking why. Use Paper mode for dry runs and expect a confirmation token before entering Live mode.

This UI intentionally keeps low-frequency actions separate from normal operations to reduce accidental clicks.
